Duterte: I've thought of lifting martial law, but threat has reached ARMM

President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday said that he was condidering lifting martial law in Mindanao, but has received reports that terror threats have reached other parts of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, precluding him from doing so.
