An economics professor at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) has been designated as the officer-in-charge (OIC) of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), following the rejection of Judy Taguiwalo's appointment by the Commission on Appointments, a Malacañang official announced on Saturday.
