Land Transportation and Franchising Board (LTFRB) Chairman Martin Delgra III said during Monday's episode of 'Bawal ang Pasaway kay Mareng Winnie' that his agency had been receiving bomb threats since July 2016, but a recent incident in which an improvised explosive device was thrown into the LTFRB compound was the only occasion someone made good on the threat.
