While the government is no longer setting timelines and deadlines on when the crisis in Marawi City will end, Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana on Monday reiterated that he hopes President Rodrigo Duterte will be able to deliver his second State of the Nation Address with the rehabilitation program already running in the conflict area.
