The so-called Ilocos Six may remain detained for three years if they will continue to refuse answering questions related to the House investigation on the supposedly irregular purchase of motor vehicles by the Ilocos Norte provincial government, the chairman of the House Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability said on Monday.
