Faeldon writes Duterte to create panel to probe P6.4-B smuggled shabu

Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon said he has requested President Rodrigo Duterte to create a committee that would conduct a 'thorough” investigation on the P6.4-billion worth of smuggled shabu.
