Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa on Thursday said he favors the extension of the imposition of martial law in MIndanao to hunt down remaining members of terrorist groups in the region, including Maute group fighters responsible for the protracted conflict in Marawi City.
