The Sandiganbayan has affirmed its resolution denying former Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) general manager Al Vitangcol III's plea to dismiss the graft charges filed against him over his alleged attempt to extort $30 million from representatives of the Czech firm Inekon Group.
