PHL stands by its statement on UN's Callamard visit --Palace exec

A Malacañang official on Saturday said that the Philippine government remains firm in its opinion that United Nations special rapporteur Agnes Callamard's visit was 'unannounced,  timely, and devoid of proper courtesy for a sovereign nation.'
