The Office of the Ombudsman has found three officials of the abolished Technology Resource Center (TRC) administratively liable in the alleged misuse of the pork barrel of former Davao Del Sur Rep. Douglas Cagas and his son, former Davao Del Sur Rep. Marc Douglas Cagas IV.
