The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Wednesday asked the Office of the Ombudsman to launch a probe against Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Chairman Jose Vicente Salazar and three others over an allegedly anomalous audiovisual presentation (AVP) project.
