Malacañang on Tuesday urged critics of President Rodrigo Duterte to respect his decision to confer the Philippine National Police's Medal of Valor or Medalya ng Kagitingan on the 42 other Special Action Force commandos who were killed during an operation in Mamasapano, Maguindanao in January 2015.
