UPLB grad tops list of 5,036 new Civil Engineers -PRC

A total of 5,036 out of 10,972 passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination, topped by a graduate from UP Los Banos, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Wednesday.
