The Sandiganbayan Sixth Division has ordered the arrest of former Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) general manager Al Vitangcol over the graft charges filed against him for allegedly trying to extort $30 million from representatives of the Czech rail cars supplier Inekon Group.
