Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales has refused to express her personal stance on the Marcos burial as related cases may be filed before her office. However, in an interview with reporters at the sidelines of the UP College of Law reunion in Makati City in Friday, Morales said, “just because you can, does not mean you should" in what seemed to be an allusion to the Marcos burial.
