For Foreign Affairs Secretary Perfecto Yasay Jr., President Rodrigo Duterte didn't threaten human rights workers when the Chief Executive said he would go after them if the drug menace worsened. Yasay said Duterte never made any threat even when he was confronted with the video of the President’s remarks in Malacañang.
