The Manila Prosecutor's Office has cleared personnel of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) and technology provider Smartmatic over the cybercrime charges filed against them by the campaign adviser of defeated vice presidential candidate Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.
