The Commission on Audit (COA) has affirmed the notice of disallowance issued by the COA-Corporate Government Sector against the P11.2 million Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Insurance coverage granted to members of the body governing the Social Security System (SSS) from 2008 to 2011.
