Senators Panfilo Lacson has agreed with President Rodrigo Duterte's plan to reopen the investigation into the Mamasapano operation that killed an international terrorist but also led to the deaths of 44 police commandos. "I agree. There must be closure and it can only happen if the investigation is completed to reach its logical conclusion," Lacson told GMA News Online.
