The Sandiganbayan Fourth Division has deferred the arraignment of Senator Sherwin Gatchalian, Surigao del Sur Rep. Prospero Pichay and 24 others for the criminal charges they are facing in connection with an alleged anomalous bank acquisition deal in 2009.
