The Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to respond to a plea filed by the political party of President Rodrigo Duterte contesting the extension given for the filing of Statements of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) by candidates in the May 9 elections.
