The Sandiganbayan Fourth Division has issued a hold departure order (HDO) against Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian, Surigao del Sur Rep. Prospero Pichay and 24 other individuals in connection with the alleged anomalous bank acquisition deal in 2009.
