Thirteen soldiers tested positive for drug use after suprise tests were conducted at the Phlippine Army headquarters in Fort Bonifacio on Wednesday. The soldiers were immediately placed under military custody pending the result of confirmatory tests, Army spokesman Col. Benjie Hao said.
