Morales claims having 'reliable source' to prove Binay's attempt to block release of COA report

Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales on Wednesday claimed that she has a “highly-reliable” source who can prove that Vice President Jejomar Binay pressured an official of the Commission on Audit (COA) not to release its audit report on the Makati City Hall Building II until after the May 2016 elections.
