SC asked to stop CA from barring MV Princess victims' kin from getting damages claim

The families of the victims of the 2008 sinking of MV Princess of the Stars on Monday asked the Supreme Court to stop the Court of Appeals from preventing them from getting the P241 million in damages awarded to them by a Manila court.
