An election lawyer on Tuesday said that the arguments presented by the legal counsel of Senator Grace Poe will not be enough for her to overturn the Commission on Elections' (Comelec) decisions to cancel her certificate of candidacy, even as the dean of the University of the Philippines College of Law agreed with her camp's position that the poll body did not have jurisdiction to determine her qualifications.
