The camp of Sen. Grace Poe on Wednesday questioned the timing of the Commission on Elections en banc in releasing its decision to uphold the cancellation of her certificate of candidacy.In an interview, Poe's lawyer George Garcia said they are ready to bring the matter up to the Supreme Court, but noted that the High Court was on holiday for most of the five-day period when they need to secure a temporary restraining order.
