Comelec invites political parties, public to hearing on voting in malls

The Commission on Elections is inviting political parties and the general public to a public hearing on the proposed mall-based satellite voting in the May 2016 election next week at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) head office in Intramuros, Manila.
