At a Senate hearing on the "laglag bala" modus at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), the stepmother of Lane Michael White, the 20-year-old American victim of the scheme, said the case they filed on the matter with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) could not proceed because the OTS has not given them a copy of the CCTV footage and X-ray shot needed for the case.
