The law department of the Commission on Elections is of the opinion that the Senate Electoral Tribunal already has jurisdiction over the disqualification case filed against Senator Grace Poe, Comelec chairman Andres Bautista told reporters on Tuesday. Bautista, however, indicated that a new question on the Poe's citizenship after she files a certificate of candidacy in the 2016 elections would be taken up by the election body.
