ASSISTANT MALL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description

• Oversees and manages the operation of condominium
• Ensure the proper coordination and effective functioning of the different departments involved in condominium operations
• Ensure conformance of condominium personnel to company and quality policies and procedures
• Performs other management mandated functions

 

Qualifications

• Must be 25 to 35 years old
• Must be a graduate of any Engineering course with management background
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the same field with managerial exposure
• Can work under pressure and can handle work with very minimal or no supervision
• Must be experienced in customer service
• Must possess excellent communication/facilitation skills
