House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. on Tuesday appealed to his colleagues to attend plenary sessions regardless of whether or not they support the passage of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) so the chamber could finally put the measure to a vote before Sept. 28.
