Oral arguments on a contempt plea against Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV has been pushed back for three months, after a justice inhibited from the case. The CA division earlier this month ordered Trillanes to appear before the tribunal to explain why he should not be cited in contempt for his claims of bribery against two magistrates.
