After having made amendments to 80 percent of the provisions in the Malacanang-drafted Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), Senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. on Thursday said he could not commit to having the proposal enacted under the Aquino administration.
