Ombudsman: Five ex-Marines stole P36.7M meant for clothing allowances

Ombudsman Conchita Carpio-Morales on Monday ordered the filing of malversation and graft charges against five former officials of the Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) for allegedly siphoning away allowances amounting to P36.7 million.
