VP Binay, son to face probe over 'overpriced' Makati City Hall Building II

Investigators from the Office of the Ombudsman on Friday filed graft and malversation complaints against Vice President Jejomar Binay, his son Makati Mayor Junjun Binay, and 22 other city officials in connection with the alleged overpriced construction of Makati City Hall Building II.
