Troops capture two BIFF camps; Usman still at large

Filipino bomb maker Basit Usman remained at large even after the Armed Forces of the Philippines captured two camps of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters, a report from GMA's “24 Oras” program said Friday.
