Submission of PNP report on Mamasapano clash deferred anew

The Board of Inquiry (BOI) created by the Philippine National Police (PNP) to investigate the bloody Mamasapano clash has asked for another extension in the submission of its report to PNP officer-in-charge Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina.
