The Sandiganbayan Fifth Division on Monday denied the motion of ex-APEC party-list Rep. Edgar Valdez to be detained at the PNP Custodial Center. Instead, the anti-graft court ordered Valdez's transfer to Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City as soon as his health conditions improve.
