Sandiganbayan allows Jinggoy’s medical checkup at Cardinal Santos

This is no April Fools’ Day joke. THe Sandiganbayan on Wednesday allowed detained Sen. Jinggoy Estrada to leave Camp Crame to undergo an emergency medical examination at the Cardinal Santos Memorial Medical Center in San Juan City.
