Roxas says DILG to implement Mayor Binay’s suspension

Saying nobody was above the law, Interior Secretary Manuel Roxas II said the Department of Interior and Local Government would implement the six-month suspension of Makati Mayor Junjun Binay as ordered by the Ombudsman in connection with the graft raps filed against the local official.
