Purisima refuses interview, won’t submit cellphone – CIDG chief Magalong

Resigned PNP chief Director General Alan Purisima has refused to be interviewed by the PNP Board of Inquiry (BOI) tasked to look into the bloody Mamasapano incident, the panel's head, Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit chief Director Benjamin Magalong said Monday.
