PNPA expects an ‘inspirational’ speech from PNoy

Although a public apology from President Benigno Aquino III over the Mamasapano incident may seem remote, the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) expects him to at least deliver an inspirational message before the 246 young cadets who will be graduating from the Academy on Thursday.
