PNP: BOI team will not be swayed by PNoy’s statement vs. Napeñas

The Philippine National Police said the Board of Inquiry investigating the bloody Jan. 25 Mamasapano clash will not be swayed in finishing its report by President Benigno Aquino III's pronouncements on Monday blaming relieved Special Action Force commander Director Getulio Napeñas Jr. for the incident.
