PNoy taps Cardinal Tagle, ex-Chief Justice Davide in review of Bangsamoro law

President Benigno Aquino III announced that he was enlisting the help of "citizen leaders" to scrutinize the controversial Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). In a national address, Aquino said these citizen leaders include Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Tagle and former Chief Justice Hilario Davide.
