PNoy interviews Espina, Garbo for top PNP post

President Benigno Aquino III has begun screening candidates for the new Philippine National Police (PNP) chief. As part of the process, Aquino on Monday interviewed PNP officer-in-charge Deputy Director General Leonardo Espina and Deputy General Marcelo Garbo Jr, chief of the PNP directorial staff, according to Interior Secretary Mar Roxas.
