Napeñas administratively liable for grave misconduct for following Purisima

Former PNP-Special Action Force director Getulio Napeñas may be held administratively liable for continuing to coordinate efforts to neutralize Zulkifli bin Hir alias Marwan and other suspected terrorists with then suspended PNP chief Director-General Alan Purisima, the Senate joint committee on the Mamasapano incident has said.
