House panel pushes back deadline for BBL passage anew

The ad hoc committee discussing on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) in the House of Representatives has again moved its timeline for the approval of the measure after the Philippine National Police Board of Inquiry (BOI) failed to submit its report on the Mamasapano clash.
