Former Nueva Ecija Vice Gov. Edward Thomas Joson III on Tuesday filed a graft complaint against incumbent Nueva Ecija Gov. Aurelio Umali and pork barrel scam whistleblower Marina Sula for allegedly conspiring with each other to benefit from Umali’s pork barrel when he was still a congressman.
