GPH panel should tell MILF Bangsamoro law won’t pass as it is, senator says

The government peace panel must explain to the Moro Islamic Liberation Front that the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law will not pass as it is and will have to undergo changes, Senator Francis Escudero said on Sunday.
